There is also a sleeper couch in the living room which can sleep 2 people. Fully air conditioned. Includes covered parking and outdoor deck with patio seating. It is located 4 houses away from the beach and is directly across the street from the FREE trolley stop. Easy access to: retail shops, grocery store and restaurants. We have a brand new full sized kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher. We also have a washing machine and dryer. Free wifi and basic cable.
